dragon ball super card game expert deck Bandai | CG: Zenkai Series Starter (SD19) – Green Fusion | | Ages 6+ 7 Super Rares EXPERT DECK 3 ~THE ULTIMATE

It's not just the card itself that people are paying for, though

Sometimes you wont be able to attack because your opponent has a 4/5 or something, but that's a minor set-back

That's a very good advantage, and the fact that it's so cheap to play means you can do a massive amount of setup early in the game, or just a play a big monster and have it get over its summoning sickness before the opponent can do anything whatsoever

So would the technical definition of a full art card be one where you can see part of the Pokemon itself in the text box area?

This has less of an impact on a Limited format as a whole, but giving players the chance to play with Swords to Plowshares or Brainstorm in a non-cube 40-card format is something that will excite players about their Limited deck
