Pikachu's holiday promo card, while not very decorated, is a desirable pull for collectors
Plus, since both are sorceries they are fine choices for the second card imprinted on Spellweaver Helix, especially Faithless Looting thanks to its flashback ability (casting it from the graveyard still triggers Spellweaver Helix)
As Commander is a multiplayer format, this ability can be utilized on each player's turn, providing significant value and allowing you to easily dig through your deck for key cards and answers
Over the course of the game, the main party constantly has flashback sequences where they live out sections of Laguna's past before finally meeting him in the climax
Tamatoa, Happy as a Clam is also just a strong card in general for allowing you to get items directly from your discard back into your hand and play them for free when he quests
At the time of writing, nonfoil copies of Ancient Tomb found in Collector boxes seem to be selling for between $60-65
