As the card suggests, Ramirez is a talented engineer who is capable of fixing up almost any machine she gets her hands on
Even on a double strike body, Kalemne needs seven or eight experience counters before it becomes a real threat with its commander damage
The ability to counter everything but planeswalkers and creatures for a single blue mana is well worth summoning a little Bird token for your opponent, and Swan Song is especially good in Commander where enchantments and wraths (board wipes) are a dime a dozen
You must pay the same amount of mana for each in the cost in order to cast the spell
Think of double the stuff on Etali, Primal Storm and Sun Titan, just one of these additional triggers is worth the cost of admission to the Siege
If you happen to have a Wizard out on the field, you can pick two modes, at which point the card basically becomes a better Prismari Command (though it lacks the treasure making powers of the Strixhaven spell)
