Its best use seems to be either as a storm support card or in decks that can break the parity (with lots of cheap spells / creatures / cantrips that can cycle into each other), but Im honestly not a huge fan of it

Cards that you control that opponents can activate are great ways to sink their resources into things they dont need, or you can end them outright by activating an Aether Storm or Volrath's Dungeon over and over

Maybe it could be reasonable to replace Geist of Saint Traft in a deck like Ben Friedman second-place deck this from this weekends Legacy Open

But without the first edition stamp, the card is considered an unlimited edition and therefore not 1st edition status
