11 Thirst for Identity At a cost of three mana (two colorless and one blue), Thirst for Identity is a rather cheap instant that lets you draw three cards, but you have to discard two cards or a single creature card
This card is probably most at home with commanders such as Urza, High Lord Artificer and Teferi, Temporal Archmage that can run a good number of basic lands and have built-in ways to break parity on the effect through untapping and mana production
Perhaps power creep has simply made this card obsolete, as a five-mana 3/3 Angel flyer with some upside is just not cutting it by todays standards
As well as the card having Flash and Flying abilities itself, it is also capable of letting players search for other flying cards and providing vehicles with flying counters
Chalice of the Void Chalice of the Void and Engineered Explosives often go hand-in-hand
Aside from the color restriction on the card, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say this is the best five-mana board wipe in quite some time
