laissant les baies entières en cuve
Un choix idéal pour accompagner des plats comme le foie gras ou pour conclure un repas en beauté avec des desserts raffinés
Musemé Extra Brut 2018 Capacity:75 cl Les vignesChenin Blanc is showcased in this unique cuve. The 30 year old vines, cultivated in grey schist soil, yield exceptional juice. Hand harvesting ensures a meticulous harvest, while pneumatic pressing preserves the delicate flavors. Natural secondary fermentation after bottling, followed by five years of aging on lees, refines the aromatic complexity. This painstaking work results in fine bubbles and a captivating texture.
