DOMAINE GEORGES ROUMIER Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 'Les Cras' 2001 Rouge 0.75 Ltr Picked at the right timeDress mixing garnet and magenta, dark in color but not very dense. Brilliant no more. Very discreet nose on opening then raspberry, blackberry, very spicy floral notes, a hint of smoke. On the palate fruit, delicacy. A few fine grained tannins and alcohol enhancing aromas bring density and volume. Everything develops naturally. An anti demonstrative, enjoyable wine that ends as it begins, with elegance
