A firm wine with plenty of depth

Château d'Yquem Sauternes - 1959 New As de B stands forClassic, exciting Yquem. Silky, creamy and round, yet armed with plenty of intense botrytized flavours, dried apricot, raisin and dried fig. Full bodied, with caramel and butterscotch complexity, it ends on a very intense finish. Wine Spectator, May 15, 1999
