Heiwa Yuzushu - Sake 720ml chilled red On The Side's Baby PickledTsuru ume Yuzushu from Heiwa Shuzo in Wakayama, Japan, blends one year old junmai sake with locally grown yuzu juice in a generous 1: 1 ratio, far higher than most yuzushu.
