製造方法：手作業で丁寧に収穫された後、全粒のまま発酵タンクに入れられます。5日間の低温マセレーション、23℃でお15日間の発酵が行われます。フレンチオーク樽で12ヶ月熟成の後、さらにステンレスタンクで12ヶ月熟成されます。2021年11月初旬にノンフィルターで瓶詰が行われ、瓶内熟成を経て2024年4月にリリースされました。
