These were stock in pedal Minarelli mopeds. Occasionally these get mangled and you need a replacement. You can also use the clutch bell for all kinds of fun experiments like the KTM clutch mod on Puch E50. These are old. Most of the remaining stock has minor flash rust from storage. Easy clean up though.
