The rod has been lawn cast only and the bottom of the butt cap shows some very slight marks in the bluing. Marty makes some of the finest casting rods on the planet. We rarely see them on the secondary market because their owners admire them so much! This rod was made in 2015. Medium dark cane, varnished, oxidized cap and ring over a
