Full yet refreshing, this Loire white strikes a perfect balance between character and drinkability. The Sauvignon Blanc fruit is ripe and inviting without loss of crunch. Pristine, fresh and very elegant offering a mineral character allied with green apple brightness and white flowers. Beautiful lingering finish. Would make a terrific partner to
