Description

Tempting to take straight as a shot

with barrels often aging in excess of eight years

Nice mineralogy is present from the water source in Newcastle

with some herbal notes

but I thought if someone is going to play with the liquids that my grandfather developed

Pearl Morissette Metis Blanc 2016 Brooklyn Tempting to take straight asA tasty expression of chardonnay from Canada. Richly textured but balanced with notes and flavors of stone fruit, star fruit and a lingering tang. One glass won't do.
