The main component is Roussanne, which brings texture and body to the pallet and floral aromatics. Viognier, Chenin Blanc and Verdelho round out the blend bringing aromatic fruit notes and a herbaceous side. This wine pairs very well with white fish or herbaceous Asian cuisine.
